A U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent sh0t and k!lled a 37-year-old woman in Minneapolis on Wednesday during a large-scale federal immigration enforcement operation, a deadly incident that was captured on video and has sparked backlash and protests.
The US citizen, identified as Renee Nicole Good, was in her vehicle near East 34th Street and Portland Avenue when federal agents approached during the ongoing operation in the city, authorities said.
Multiple videos shared by bystanders and on social media show the encounter unfolding, including sh0ts being fired by an ICE agent as the SUV attempted to move forward.

Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey condemned the use of force as “reckless” and said footage he viewed did not support the federal narrative of an imminent threat.
“They’re already trying to spin this as an action of self-defense,” a visibly angry Frey said at a press conference. “Having seen the video myself, I want to tell everybody directly – that is bullshit.”
The Minnesota City Council said the woman was “out caring for her neighbors this morning and her life was taken today at the hands of the federal government.” The council statement also demanded that ICE leave the city immediately.
Kristi Noem, secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, told a press conference that Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers were responding to a vehicle stuck in the snow when they were harassed by a “mob of agitators.”
One of the protesters, later identified as Good, followed agents all day, Noem said. Good blocked their vehicle and refused orders to move out of the way, she said.
“She then proceeded to weaponize her vehicle, and she attempted to run a law enforcement officer over,” Noem told a news conference, saying the car struck the officer.
It comes during a major immigration enforcement operation in Minneapolis , where more than 2,000 agents have been deployed between there and nearby St Paul.
