Hillary Clinton Deposition Disrupted After Photo Leak During Epstein Testimony

Hillary Clinton’s closed-door deposition before the House Oversight Committee was briefly disrupted after a photo taken inside the session was leaked online.

The image, shared on X by conservative commentator Benny Johnson and attributed to Representative Lauren Boebert, showed Clinton seated at a table during questioning about her past connections to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. The leak prompted a pause in proceedings, with Clinton’s spokesperson objecting that it violated prior agreements governing the session.

Committee chair James Comer has stated the deposition is being recorded and will be reviewed by Clinton and her legal team before any public release. Boebert later said the deposition would proceed.

The Republican-led committee is examining references to Clinton in recently released Epstein-related files and photographs involving former President Bill Clinton. Hillary Clinton opened her testimony by criticizing the inquiry as politically motivated and an “institutional failure,” arguing that it diverted attention from broader accountability issues.

She stated she had no knowledge of Epstein’s criminal conduct, did not fly on his aircraft, and did not visit his properties. She acknowledged limited interactions with Ghislaine Maxwell at public events but denied any awareness of wrongdoing.

Donald Trump, whose name also appears in the released files, has denied any misconduct and rejected accusations of withholding information.

Bill Clinton is scheduled to testify separately. Neither of the Clintons has been charged with any crime related to Epstein. The Department of Justice has released millions of pages of documents connected to its investigation, with certain material still subject to legal restrictions and redactions.
