A man has died and a woman has been left critically injured following a crash during a police pursuit near Stratford-upon-Avon. Warwickshire Police said officers attempted to stop a black Audi on Birmingham Road shortly before 17:30 on Monday, but the driver failed to pull over. The Audi then headed towards the A46 before travelling back towards Stratford along the A439 Warwick Road. The Trump administration is continuing its rollback of Temporary Protected Status (TPS), a humanitarian immigration programme that allows eligible nationals of certain countries already in the United States to remain and work legally when returning home would be unsafe.
