A woman accused of supplying Friends star Matthew Perry with the dose of ketamine that killed him has agreed to plead guilty, U.S. prosecutors said on Monday.

Jasveen Sangha, 42, a dual U.S.-UK national known as the “Ketamine Queen,” will plead guilty to five federal charges, including distribution of ketamine resulting in death or serious injury. She faces up to 45 years in prison.‘Ketamine Queen’ to Plead Guilty in Matthew Perry Death Case

Prosecutors described Sangha as a prolific dealer who supplied ketamine to Perry through intermediaries. She and California doctor Salvador Plasencia, who signed a plea deal in June, were the main targets of the probe. Three other defendants Mark Chavez, Kenneth Iwamasa and Erik Flemin previously pleaded guilty and cooperated with investigators.

Court filings allege Chavez obtained ketamine through a fraudulent prescription and funneled it to Plasencia, who then charged Perry $2,000 a vial that had cost about $12.‘Ketamine Queen’ to Plead Guilty in Matthew Perry Death Case

Perry, 54, was found dead at his Los Angeles home in October 2023. He had been receiving ketamine from his doctor to treat depression and was using the drug six to eight times a day, according to court documents.

Sangha will formally enter her guilty plea at a later hearing, when sentencing will be scheduled, prosecutors said.
