Authorities have captured a fifth fugitive days after 10 inmates escaped from the Orleans Parish Justice Center, a decaying jail facility in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Corey Boyd, 19, was apprehended on Tuesday, May 20, by Louisiana State Police (LSP) in the Iberville neighborhood. Boyd was among the group of inmates who broke out of the facility around 1 a.m. on Friday.

According to an official statement from LSP, Boyd was originally incarcerated for multiple serious offenses, including Second Degree Murder, Attempted Second Degree Murder, Aggravated Battery, and Threatening a Public Official.
