Cassie Ventura, the pregnant ex-girlfriend of Sean “Diddy” Combs, has reportedly gone into labor just days after concluding her emotional testimony in the rapper’s ongoing sex trafficking trial.
According to TMZ, Ventura, 38, was rushed to a hospital in New York on Tuesday, May 27. She is currently in the labor and delivery unit, expecting her third child with husband Alex Fine.
Ventura, who was around eight months pregnant at the time, began testifying on May 12. Over the course of several days, she delivered harrowing testimony detailing years of alleged physical abuse, psychological manipulation, and sexual coercion during her relationship with Diddy from 2007 to 2018.
During her court appearance, Ventura accused the music mogul of using blackmail and threats to control her. She also described a pattern of alleged violence and degrading acts that took a serious toll on her mental and physical health.
She concluded her testimony on May 16—just 11 days before going into labor.
Ventura and Fine, who married in 2019, are already parents to two daughters: Frankie, five, and Sunny, four. The couple announced they were expecting a son in February 2025.
