The U.S. Department of Justice has rejected Braxton Wells’ case against Tyler Perry for trafficking and racketeering (RICO).

In June, former “The Oval” cast member Derek Dixon filed a $260 million lawsuit against Tyler Perry for making unwanted advances on and off the set.

Weeks later, Wells, who appeared in 2 episodes of “The Oval” in uncredited roles, repeated his allegations that Tyler ignored reports of abuse by Tyler Perry Studios’ Vice President Mark E. Swinton.

Braxton took to social media to allege that he was trafficked across state lines by Swinton. He also tagged the DOJ in his social media posts.

After going viral last week, Braxton returned to social media to inform his followers that the DOJ rejected his case.

The DOJ wrote: “We’ve reviewed your complaint and will take no further action.”

Braxton also revealed that prominent attorney Gloria Allred canceled a meeting with him to discuss his case.

In a post on Instagram, Braxton wrote: “Gloria Allred — a Woman who claims to fight for survives — canceled a meeting with me, a disabled veteran and r*pe survivor. She denied my case when I first came to her with evidence. But the moment I went public and exposed the truth on Instagram – she came back.”

He said Allred set up a meeting with him after he went viral. But she backed off again and canceled.
