UK prosecutors have officially authorised 21 criminal charges against controversial influencers Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate, marking the first time these charges have been confirmed in Britain.
According to a statement from the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), the charges include rape, actual bodily harm, human trafficking, and controlling prostitution for gain. The CPS said it authorised the charges following a file of evidence submitted by Bedfordshire Police, related to multiple allegations made in the UK.

- Andrew Tate, 38, faces 10 charges linked to three alleged victims, including:
- Rape
- Human trafficking
- Actual bodily harm
- Controlling prostitution for gain
- Tristan Tate, 36, faces 11 charges connected to one alleged victim, including:
- Rape
- Human trafficking
- Actual bodily harm
