Princess Diana’s niece Lady Kitty Spencer, 30, marries millionaire tycoon, 62

Princess Diana’s niece, 30, has married a millionaire tycoon, 62, in a lavish ceremony in Italy.

Lady Kitty Spencer and Michael Lewis tied the knot in front of friends and family at the Villa Aldobrandini, a country mansion in Frascati, on Saturday.

Stunning images on social media showed the bride wearing a high-necked, white lace Dolce & Gabbana gown with her blonde hair pulled back in a bun.

The model was walked down the aisle by brothers, Louis Spencer, Viscount Althorp and Samuel Aitken, who were pictured wearing black suits on the big day.

Guests enjoyed dinner and dancing before watching a fireworks display in the grounds of the mansion, which offers views towards Rome, Daily Mail reports.

Attendees included Lady Kitty’s sisters, twins Eliza and Amelia, singer Pixie Lott and her model boyfriend Oliver Cheshire and Made In Chelsea star Mark Vandelli.

Actor Idris Elba’s wife Sabrina, Viscountess Emma Weymouth, her husband Ceawlin Thynn and Mr Lewis’ three adult children also attended.

It’s unknown if cousins Prince Harry and Princess William were able to fly over, but it seems unlikely given Covid travel restrictions.

Lady Kitty is the daughter of Princess Diana’s brother, author and journalist Earl Charles Spencer, 57.

It is uncertain whether he and wife Canadian social entrepreneur Karen Spencer were present for the Italian nuptials.

South African-born mogul Mr Lewis owns high street fashion chains Whistles and Phase Eight.

The couple has kept their relationship largely out of the spotlight after first being spotted kissing while leaving Club 55 in St Tropez in August 2019.

Lady Kitty – who was appointed Dolce and Gabbana’s global ambassador earlier this year – previously revealed she likes to keep her love life to herself.

She told Town & Country: ’It’s not that I don’t place an importance on love. It’s because, for me, love is the most important thing in the world, and I will protect it with all my heart by not making it a topic of discussion.

‘You open yourself up to other people having opinions, and it just isn’t relevant to anybody’s life but mine and my family’s.’

She added: ‘I just look forward to a really happy home life: a happy marriage and happy children. And I feel very at peace that things play out the way they should.’
