Photos appearing to show Sean “Diddy” Combs involved in a physical altercation with another inmate have surfaced online.
The images, described as screengrabs from prison security footage, appear to show Combs and another man pushing each other and exchanging blows before guards intervened.
According to a source cited in reports about the incident, Combs got the better of the confrontation. Prison officers reportedly witnessed the fight and quickly separated the two men before anyone suffered serious injuries.
The images are said to be from an earlier altercation that resulted in Combs being moved to the Special Housing Unit at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey.
Combs Reportedly Back in Solitary Confinement
Combs, 56, has reportedly been placed in solitary confinement again amid scrutiny of allegations that he received special treatment and obtained prohibited items while incarcerated.
NBC News reported allegations that the music mogul paid other inmates to perform tasks for him, including cooking, cleaning and providing massages.
He was also accused of obtaining an unauthorised mobile phone that was allegedly used to receive nude photographs from a former girlfriend.
Reports further claimed Combs had access to a modified tablet that allowed him to watch movies and a documentary about himself.
Following publicity surrounding the allegations, prison officials reportedly removed several of his privileges and returned him to solitary confinement.
Officials Investigating Contraband Claims
Prison authorities are also reportedly investigating allegations that Combs obtained a mobile phone and Hennessy cognac while behind bars.
It remains unclear how the prohibited items allegedly entered the federal prison or whether disciplinary action will follow.
The latest controversy marks the second reported period Combs has spent in the Special Housing Unit this year.
Combs remains incarcerated at the federal facility in New Jersey and is currently scheduled for release on January 21, 2028.
