Kevin Spacey posts creepy video as he’s charged with felony sex assault, one year after being accused of molesting a teenage boy (video)

Hollywood actor, Kevin Spacey has been charged with felony sexual assault and will be arraigned next month.

Last year, the actor allegedly sexually assaulted a teenage boy at a bar in Nantucket.

Michael O’Keefe, the Cape and Islands district attorney in Massachusetts, said on Monday afternoon that Spacey will appear on January 7 at Nantucket District Court.

A statement from the district attorney’s office reads:

On December 20, 2018 following a public show cause hearing at Nantucket District Court, Clerk Magistrate Brian Kearney issued a criminal complaint of indecent assault and battery against Kevin S. Fowler, also known as Kevin Spacey.

The incident is alleged to have occurred on or about July 7, 2016 at a local restaurant.

The victim’s mother, Heather Unruh, said last year that Spacey repeatedly stuck his hand down the pants of her 18-year-old son as he tried to convince the boy to join him at a party. The boy was eventually able to get away when a woman walked over to him while the actor was in the bathroom and said: ‘Run!’

When the boy eventually got to his grandmother’s home, he told his younger sister what had happened and then called his mother.

Unruh said she now hopes to find the mystery woman who she believes saved her son from a far worse fate.

At the same time the charge against Spacey was announced, the actor released a creepy video on Monday.

In the video, entitled Let Me Be Frank, Spacey acknowledges the charges which have been made against him and suggests he will overcome them and revive his career.

He then goes on to make some cryptic statements.

He said at one point:

If I didn’t pay the price for the things we both know I did do, I’m certainly not gonna pay the price for the things I didn’t do.

The actor ends the video by saying:

I feel surprisingly good and my confidence grows each day that soon enough you will know the full truth.

Wait a minute, now that I think of it, you never actually saw me die, did you? Conclusions can be so deceiving. Miss me?

That last comment is believed to be a reference to Frank Underwood, the character he played on House of Cards.
